  • Work with ownership to develop short or long term clear exit strategy that will align with the capital being raised.

Steer Company Sales

  • Work closely with the CEO, CFO and senior leadership on operating, financial and growth plans to maximize enterprise value of the brand.
  • Assist in sourcing and selecting an investment banker and in ongoing discussions during the sales process.
  • Assist the leadership team in maintaining operational focus during the normally 6-12 month transaction period.
  • Provide guidance in negotiating a successful sale.
