Refine Existing Concepts/Brands

  • Work with leadership to best define key components of existing concepts: Product, Service, Environment, Overall Experience.
  • Evaluate and redefine the layouts and space requirements for front of the house and back of the house for existing and new restaurants.
  • Develop a plan to maximize revenue from multiple channels, improve efficiency and increase profitability.

Create New Concepts

  • Work with leadership to develop, refine and clarify the vision of the concept.
  • Develop the systems and standards for operational excellence.
  • Work with the internal or external culinary team on food development, packaging and equipment required for new concepts.

Manage Creative Process & Players

  • Coordinate current professional team including architect/designer, branding & marketing, equipment layout designer, and general contractor on new prototype restaurant.
  • Source new resources where necessary to achieve the overall vision for the brand.
  • Work with team to develop cost effective remodel plans for existing units.
